2016. When Suku Shah, the founder of Olive Tree Trading reached out to me to create content for their blogs and ‘some great photos’, I was quite excited. The association turned out to be very fulfilling and quite ‘delicious’ as I got a chance to use the finest gourmet products under their umbrella, ingredients that were difficult to come by over a decade ago. It gave me a chance to explore my culinary skills, both sweet and savoury, with ingredients I hadn’t used often, as also a chance to shoot their artistic, rustic and beautiful packaging. I created recipes in line with seasons, Indian festivals etc.
