
2015. This was one of my first stand alone projects shooting for a hotel and while it was quite challenging as I shoot in natural light only. I absolutely loved the space the Hyatt gave me for the shoot, with every assistance extended by the lovely Arpana Pradhan. There was loads of light streaming in through the large windows, chefs and sous chefs who were excellent, and ingredients that were fresh as fresh could be.
The shoot was for TK’s Oriental Grill, a Teppanyaki Kitchen at its best in the heart of Delhi, offering oriental cuisines like Indonesian, Japanese and Thai specialties. I went on to do a lifestyle shoot at Andaz, a luxury lifestyle property by the Hyatt, a couple of years later, a shoot that was vastly different from anything I had ever done, yet very fulfilling.
