2017. I used to host food styling workshops for a couple of years and some of the work I did came from folk who attended these workshops. Toasted Oat Company was one such small, artisanal home grown brand that made the most amazing granola. Recently back from a prop shopping trip to Karaikudi in South India, I was thrilled to use so much of my new collection to style the products. A few weeks earlier, a quick 2 day trip to HKG saw me lug loads of Ikea kitchenware back, then some more props from my Etsy store India Unveiled. There was clearly so much happening at the time, yet I enjoyed this project a lot.

That granola from Toasted Oat Co was some of the best we’ve ever had. Deliciously toasted and bursting with flavour, you could tell that it had quality ingredients and was freshly made with a lot of love!
