2018. I began blogging in 2007 with basically baking cakes, cookies and brownies, and my inherent go to ad in ingredient was quintessentially walnuts. It was and still remains my favourite tree nut, one I use generously while baking and in my  desserts, so when California Walnuts India asked if I’d like to visit the harvest festival in California that winter of 2019, I was happy to say yes. There on began a long association with a brand that has a huge presence in India and is represented by folk with large hearts. I have been fortunate to work with them over the years and have loved creating content for them, as also styling and shooting recipes and walnuts as a product etc.
