Passionate About Baking - Chocolate is my dessert cookbook published by Penguin in the middle of the pandemic. I never imagined I would write a cookbook, forget keep a blog alive for so long, yet here I was! In more ways than one, I think the blog and Instagram kept me ‘alive’, motivating me to think outside of the box and push my boundaries! The journey has been memorable and a huge learning experience.

I’m fearless while baking. For me, it isn’t a daunting science. Also, whether it is baking, cooking, styling or shooting, I follow few rules. For me, the process of creating a recipe is intuitive and I am always happy to experiment. It’s quite similar with photography where the technical angle holds little meaning. I shoot with my heart, and hopefully, the images I’ve styled and shot reflect that piece of heart.
