2022. I began working with the USDA for Taste of America via social media collaborations to highlight & promote U.S. ingredients during the holiday season to mark Thanksgiving, Diwali, Christmas etc. The content was dessert created and  shared via stills and videos on Instagram, Facebook etc. The produce included pistachios, almonds, pecans, cranberries, blueberries, walnuts, chickpeas etc. Working with the USDA and their India partners was a refreshing and fulfilling experience. Also was a good opportunity to stretch my imagination to incorporate ingredients I didn’t normally use, other than walnuts & almonds of course.

Desserts is something I absolutely love creating and the challenge post the pandemic was a little greater since I had gone vegetarian, egg and gelatine free, with my baking and dessert recipes. Styling and shooting these brought me much joy, especially that pistachio burst of colour! You can see the videos/reels here on my Instagram feed.
